Steve managed to fix the problem and recover all my data folders and also my Outlook folders, needless to say I will be eternally grateful to him for 'saving my bacon'. His fee was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Wrote . . . . Can only endorse what everyone else has said. We found Steve by accident and phoned him at about 11.30 a.m last Friday. Despite our home being some distance from New Milton, he agreed to come and arrived at 2.00 p.m. He sorted the entire problem out, including speaking to our ISP on our behalf. He was with us a long time, waiting for the ISP to phone back, yet his fee was very reasonable. Many thanks Steve.
