Steve is great - very very prompt and reliable - always at the end of a phone or email! He makes everything seem very simple and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a computer or internet problem. He's very honest and if you don't need to spend the money, he says so!

I have caused Steve so many problems with my computer over the years and my description, by phone of the symptoms. With his usual calm and professional approach, not only has he been able to diagnose the problem but solve it. I know his telephone number by heart and wouldn't do without it.
